Expand paths in filesystem data source

Merged Denis Defreyne requested to merge expand-dirs-in-filesystem-data-source into main

This makes Nanoc expand the content_dir and layouts_dir options of the filesystem data source configuration. This makes it possible to use content_dir paths such as ~/dev/gitlab-docs/content.
