README.org: fix cl-getx URL and quickload example

  • cl-getx URL should be Harag instead of naive-x (apparently).
  • (ql:quicklisp ...) should be (ql:quickload ...)
  • I couldn't resist capitalizing Quicklisp when referring to the project itself, though I didn't do it throughout the whole file.
