Draft: Discuss: #13 3D Map

We added maplibre over mapbox and it works better (you can see at jph6366/3dmr:mapbox3DMR)

(importmap) for 'import * as THREE from ...'

the most recent package for loaders from threejs is now a JSM (module) so we must import three as a module import and its addons

I would also highly propose to use Cesiumjs as the mapping framework since they are primarily behind glTF adoption

Since the GSoC project is for adopting glTF models. And they seem to be ahead the loop for future adoptions such as KHR_gaussian_splatting.

MapLibre is good for 3D Maps.
