Modifying abilities to have a "refreshesDaily" variable
For issue #9 (closed) Added the refreshesDaily bool to the GeneralAbilityTemplate, and modified the compendiums to assign it false by default and true to Athletics, Driving, Scuffling, Shooting, as per SRD.
Additionally, added a few renamed SRD skills to the Path of Cthulhu (e.g. Research for Library Use, Shrink for Psychoanalysis, etc)
