Issue #60 add map library component

Description

This adds a the display component for the map library. Right now it is just a clone of the character library with the draggable part excluded since that doesn't apply to maps. I also cleaned up the character library a bit to keep in sync with maps where appropriate. Tests excluded because an upcoming MR will completely break them anyway.
