Explain the units needed for the imap_fetch_chunk_size setting

I was wanting to set this and thought it would be nice not to have to search the web for examples to get the right unit. I checked the changelog and found ba55d5df "Add $imap_fetch_chunk_size to allow FETCHing new headers in chunks"; reviewing that change makes it clear the units are bytes.
