Add XDG Desktop file

With this patch clicking on a mailto:example@example.com?subject=Subject&body=Body link in a web browser may now open mutt automatically with the given information filled out automatically.

I think it makes sense to deploy the desktop file on Linux by default, but are there any platforms for which we should disable it by default?
