After 2nd pipe shell messages will be confusing
After piping a mail, we are back in the shell and see
$ mutt
Press any key to continue...
Everything is working fine.
Except when we pipe a second mail.
First we see the same
$ mutt
Press any key to continue...
And if we are patient we will eventually see
$ mutt
Press any key to continue...
Press any key to continue...
But we might forget it is already our 2nd etc. pipe (imagine our 35th pipe), and think it is time for us to hit "any key".
Well, nothing really bad will happen if we do hit any key. The user will just think oh things are a little stuck or slow.
Solution: Have an intermediate screen while the pipe is not yet finished. There say "Pipe in progress. Hold on..."
Only when it is finished show the user the shell screen with the Press any key message(s).
