feature: option to retrieve OpenPGP certificate and re-check signature
Some mails includes OpenPGP signed parts. Not rarely the corresponding certificate is not in the local keyring.
% wget --content-disposition --quiet "https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=521405;mbox=yes;msg=5"
% mutt -f bug_521405_message_5.mbox

Problem signature from: KeyID 220BC883330C4A75
created: Fri 27 Mar 2009 12:35:40 PM CET
Can't verify due to a missing key or certificate

Currently, users have to fetch the certificate outside of Mutt, exit the message display and re-open it.
It would be awesome to retrieve the certificate and re-check the signature by pressing a (configurable) key.
contrib/gpg.rc
does include this:
set pgp_getkeys_command="pkspxycwrap %r"
But I am unsure what it's for and if it is used at all. (Doesn't seem like it.)
