Add conversion from eXtyles JATS ZIP

  • Replace the literatum-submission value of the format parameter with jats-bundle and wileyml-bundle.
  • Add input-format parameter, with optional value extyles - this takes a different path, converting from JATS directly to the jats-bundle or wileyml-bundle output formats.
  • Replace group-id parameter with group-doi parameter.
  • Remove id parameter.
  • Remove prince module dependency.
