Ignore deprecated editable paragraph elements in Keywords section

Alf Eaton requested to merge keywords-section-elements into master

If a Section has category: 'MPSectionCategory:keywords', ignore any child MPParagraphElement elements, as editable paragraph content is no longer supported for the keywords section.

Includes a refactoring of the hasParentSection filter method.
