Create a boxed-text element from placeholder_element
It seems when an element is not found in the manuscript data a placeholder element will be created to replace it but there is no mapping to it in JATS instead it throws an error
I have mapped it to an empty boxed-text so it will allow the conversion process to proceed ignoring those missing elements
