A bunch of tweaks to the outline sidebar:

Hide "figure" nodes. This node shows nested under the "figure_element" node with empty text.
Hide "footnotes_element" node. Not useful to show in the outline.
Hide all children of "pullquote_element" and "blockquote_element" nodes.
Use the section icon for "footnotes_section" node.
