[#461] Refactor log extraction interface in Cleveland and Integrational

Description

Problem: It was decided to rework the logs retrieving interface. Taking an action and returning its result and produced logs looks like more convenient and haskell-ish way to do it.

Solution: Logs extraction was reworked in accordance with the necessary requirements.
