[Chore] Prepare new releases of morley, lorentz and morley-prelude

Description

Problem: some new breaking changes have been made in morley, lorentz andmorley-prelude recently. We need these changes to update other projects and to drop the support for the florence protocol.

Solution: update changelogs, *.cabal and package.yaml for the new versions of 'morley', 'lorentz' and 'morley-prelude'.
