[Chore] Increase morley and lorentz versions

Description

Problem: there are new changes in the morley and lorentz packages that we want to use in our projects. This time in particular it's mainly about supporting testing in edonet.

Solution: update changelogs, *.cabal and package.yaml for new versions of morley and lorentz.
