[#489] Drop node_* options for endpoint

Description

Problem: tezos-client configuration options --addr, --port, and --tls got deprecated for one option --endpoint=<url>. We now support both the deprecated and the new options, but pass the deprecated set to support the old versions of tezos-client. That leads to frequent errors because tezos-client itself fails when a conflicting version is in the config.

Solution: fully dropped the deprecated options from morley-client and cleveland in favour of --endpoint / TASTY_NETTEST_NODE_ENDPOINT.
