[#521] Allow single field annotations for LEFT and RIGHT

Description

Problem: tezos-client successfully parses LEFT and RIGHT instructions with only the first field annotation present, whereas morley fails on the same instructions.

Solution: resolve the issue by parsing both field annotations with default (which is noAnn) used in case of parser failure.
