[#335] Password-protected keys in morley-client

Description

Add password-protected accounts support to the morley-client.

Also, the tezos-client interaction was a bit changed in order to stop using deprecated -A and -P options.

CI fails due to #472 (closed)

Tests will be fixed once https://github.com/serokell/aquarius-infra/pull/13 is merged and deployed
