Allow `namedParser` use for complex words

Konstantin Ivanov requested to merge martoon/better-namedparser into master

Description

Problem: if I have a CLI option with complex parameter like vote-period, I cannot encode this with Haskell labels, moreover I don't want to.

Solution: change namedParser so that if a e.g. votePeriod name is provided, the respective option will be named as vote-period.

I use text-manipulation package to implement this behaviour, we already depend on it in Lorentz.
