[#349] Bundle indigo with haskell deps

Description

Currently WIP and lacks tests and documentation

In order to test:

./scripts/indigo.sh new test-project
cd test-project && ./../scripts/indigo.sh test

TODO:

• Build indigo-trial image in CI.
• Use indigo image from gitlab registry in indigo.sh
• Proper documentation
