[Chore] Prepare new releases

Description

Problem: latest releases of morley and lorentz have been made from 0574c85b. However, cleveland there is quite unusable due to the problem fixed in !550 (merged). And newer version of cleveland is inconvenient to use with old versions of its dependencies.

Solution: update versions of packages to release them.
