[#53] Deprecated setMaxSteps/setChainId/setNow/modifyNow/rewindTime

Description

As part of #53 (closed), we're dropping as many test functions that cannot be run on a real network as possible. We've identified these functions: setMaxSteps, setChainId, setNow, modifyNow, rewindTime.
