[#234] Preserve the order of top-level entries in `Contract`

Description

Problem: Changing order of parameter/contract/code entries influences their serialized representation accordingly. Currently, the order is not preserved.

Solution: Preserve the order of top-level entries in PACK/UNPACK and pretty-print contract.
