[#222] Add expressions and statements for more instruction and macros

Description

Problem: There are still some instructions and macro that has not been ported to Indigo, such as:

• ifNone
• left, right, ifLeft, ifRight
• ifCons
• assertNone, assertSome, assertLeft, assertRight
• loopLeft

Solution: Add all those instructions and macros to Indigo.
