Desperately try to fix autodoc upload

Description

Problem: looks like autodoc upload is still broken. Uploaded artifacts are contracts-doc/autodoc/*.md. However, the upload scripts thinks they are just autodoc/*.md.

Solution: upload autodoc/*.md artifacts as expected by the script.
