Various Indigo changes

Description

Some Indigo feature are missing or are impractical to use. In particular this will:

• add expressions to create Views and calculate the size of lists
• add a projectVoid, for more common usage of void_
• modify getStorageField, selfCalling and contractCalling to return a Var as their result
• move get/set/updateStorageField in Lib
