Fix `TypeHasDoc` instances for upgrade primitives

Description

Problem: typeDocDependencies is implemented incorrectly there, instead of referring to inner type it takes dependencies of the inner type, skiping the type itself.

Solution: use default implementation of typeDocDependencies. Apparently, before I provided a custom implementation mistakenly.
