[TM-268] Fix `tasty-hunit-compat` package info

Description

Problem: upload attempt droped several warnings: missing description, missing category field, to long synopsis.

Solution: move existing synopsis to description and extend it, write a short synopsis, add category like one which tasty-hunit and HUnit have.
