[Hotfix] Fix autodoc upload

Description

Problem: In !195 (merged) I accidentally broke autodoc generation and uploading. Also, gitlab runner lacks permission deleting files copied from nix closures.

Solution: Fix it, add write permissions to nix generated files, so that gitlab runner can delete these generated files.
