[#773] Include morley CLI commands with morley-client

Needs a few bats tests, I'll add them later.

Context: I wanted to clean up morley-client CLI implementation, and this seemed like a good excuse.

Description

Problem: it would be convenient to have all features in a single CLI.

Solution: make morley-client CLI parser implementation closer to Morley's in terms of types, then just <|> between parsers.
