[#796] Resolve one todo in tests

Description

Problem: there was a todo left for #585 (closed) issue, one test with [de]composePermitTokensStorage crutch function had to be updated. But when implementing #585 (closed), I forgot about this todo.

After that #796 (closed) was created to handle this todo.

Solution: resolve the todo now.
