Draft: [Chore] Manually terminate refill loop

Description

Problem: 'tezos-client' doesn't seem to always handle 'SIGTERM' correctly and in some cases it gets stuck.

Solution: Run test scenario in the background and refill loop in the foreground. Terminate refill loop once test scenario finishes.
