[#712] Remove support for the deprecated morley extensions

Description

Problem: Morley language extensions are deprecated.

Solution: Remove them. This commit also makes the parser slightly stricter wrt capitalization , and removes long-deprecated hspec support functions from Cleveland. (the latter part moved to !1123 (merged))
