[#760] Make `hlint` usages identical

Description

Currently, we have hlint suggestions integrated into Danger messages for our MRs. However, the hlint usage in Dangerfile, compared with the usage in CI, lacks an additional --ignore option.

This adds the --ignore option to the hlint usage in Dangerfile.
