[#742] Fix `Show`, `RenderDoc`, `Builder` instances of `Annotation t`, `AnnotationSet`, `Notes t`

Description

As discussed in #742 (closed): Show instance of Annotation t is custom to include type annotations, Shows of others are stock, RenderDoc of Notes t reuses that of Ty.
