[#1] Bring UStore

Description

Problem: it has been decided that UStore should be located in this repository since it is normally used only in upgradeable contracts.

Solution: copy stuff here and depend on the Morley repository revision after UStore removal.

I had to adapt modules to this repository because previously we wrote with extensions and ghc-options inherent to Haskell code, and in this package has them set up for Lorentz code, so I had to add import Prelude in many places and disable RedindableSyntax extension in some of them.
