[#12] Update the tutorial existing information

Updated Issues:

• A litte bit more in depth explaination on tezos-client config handling
• Replace Hangzhou2net with JakartaNet everywhere
• Added note about Operation Hashes to identify operations.
• Added comment on tezos-client wait behaviour
