Update the tutorial existing information again

Clarification and motivation

This issue is a follow up (and almost a complete copy) to #2 (closed), to refresh the existing info in the tutorial as they inevitably become outdated.

In particular this time around:

1. Some links appear to be broken, these should be updated or removed.
2. mentions for the edo2net testnet should be replaced with those for hangzhou2net or ithacanet, which are the testnet currently active. Note: the future-proof choice is to go with ithacanet, but there aren't many services (e.g. indexers) that support it, so it may not be possible at the moment.
3. Likewise, the mentions to a edo2net explorer should be replaced with one for the active test network chosen in the previous point. _Suggestion, popular ones are: tzstats and TzKT, better-call.dev,
4. Consequently, the screenshots showing the explorer use should also be updated with new ones
5. Output of example commands should be checked. They are likely to return the same result, but in some specific cases, e.g. with the -v flag, they may need an update.

If any more issues are found while following the tutorial they should be reported as a comment here.

Note: this issue is only meant to improve the existing incorrect information, there is no need to extend this tutorial here.

The points above have been checked and updated.

If more was found to be broken or outdated it should be reported below and fixed as well.
