Adding role permissions

Hey @moreaupascal56 - we've started looking at implementing permifrost and your work so far was very helpful. I've extended it a bit to cover the additional permissions for a role. Hopefully it's helpful. Some of it could be cleaned up, but figured it's worth sharing as is.
