Default to http scheme for URL's

Antonis Kalou requested to merge kalouantonis/federated:feature/default-to-http-scheme into develop

This is only for the metadata scraper, the resources don't accept URL's that are not http/https and the uploads themselves don't take a scheme, just a file.
