console: introducing the console environment

  • Add the necessary recipes and scripts for buiding a basic console environment.
  • Small changes applied to the console: bigger font, rotated to landscape, suspend on power button press.
  • Plymouth theme for console is details - showing the boot messages.

Tested on OG PP. I've seen this working: installer with or without FDE; Wifi (nmtui-connect), audio, bluetooth, suspend, wakeup on modem (incoming call); Pine64 dock, PP keyboard case; charging. Just limited tests for now.
