Draft: Update deb PKGBUILD

Hi, there.

I have upgraded my Ubuntu installation to 24.04, but when I tried to build the new version makedeb did not work, showing an error. I have already reported the issue to their repo.

If it takes too long, maybe the best move is going back to the previous script using stock Debian tools that do not rely on anything else, although it is very clunky (I do not feel like maintaining it at all, but perhaps it is the best option so far). I thought about pacstall, it seems it can be used to build local recipes as well (and submitting it to their repo might be a good idea too).
