Resolve "Related contents broken CSS"

Diego de Araújo Martinez Camarinha requested to merge 178-related-contents-broken-css into master

This MR overrides one of videojsSuggestedEndcap CSS styles to enforce thumbnail's dimensions. It also truncates the content's title and author to prevent them from taking more than one line (that would break the CSS).

I've deployed this code on the staging environment and everything seems to be working as expected.
