When "Disable Data Saver on Wifi" mode is on, it behaves at expected -
When Data Saver is turned on, all currently unloaded medias must load -
When Wifi is turned on and the "Disable Data Saver on Wifi" is on, all media must immediately load
Steps to test
Images and Videos on Data Saver must not load but show a download button that downloads them on click.
