Change background color for filter in channel screen
Closes #1886 (closed) there's a gray background behind the filters on my channel in light mode that shouldn't be there
The 17.0 major release is coming on May 16, 2024! This version brings many exciting improvements to GitLab, but also removes some deprecated features.
