Various fixes in menu and settings

• should be able to access subscription lists directly from nav screen
• help and support and refer friends should not be on top of nav not. those should be in settings
• boost icon and wallet icon are backwards
• remove the left handed mode activity entirely
• Reply count skewed
• logout should only be in settings and should be at bottom of list
• dark mode switcher should really move to the main nav screen in the bottom (in the menu)
• wallet icon wrong
