Support empty messages on FeedListV2 when there are injected components

Summary of Changes

Fixed the FeedListV2 to show the empty component if there are injected items and the entities are empty.

Testing Considerations

Got to Discovery -> Trending tags on a tenant that has no tags (app-store-demo)
