Fix installing a preview over another one

Summary of Changes
Added an extra yarn install after adding the patch for the expo-update package. The patch was copied but not applied
This will solve the issue in all the new previews generated (They will be able to install a new preview)
Testing Considerations
We need two new previews in order to test it
