Fix composer button behavior for tenants, remove animations (unused), other fixes

Summary of Changes
This solves the issues found on the changes for #5338 (closed)
- The composer button now open the composer button directly for tenants
- The floating button alignment is always the same now
- Added the message "Long press to skip"
- Removed the Presense animation of the button as, it was not used, and it maybe causing the issue were some users are not seeing the button
